We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Lab Manager Assistant specializing in chromatography to join our team in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. In this role, you will support the Lab Manager in overseeing chromatography operations, ensuring efficient lab processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Lead the team to conduct testing and deliver accurate and independent test reports in a timely manner
Review results of complicated tests or the tests with abnormal observation before sending them to CS team to prepare reports for clients.
Lead the Lab team (included Lab supervisors/leaders) to develop, verify and validate testing methods and perform new projects.
Review all testing documents (e.g. procedures, SOPs, work instructions, forms, method validation) of Lab before they are passed to Lab manager for review and approval
Maintain and improve the Lab operations (e.g. equipment, testing method, workflow, consumables, (semi)-automation) to increase the productivity and save the costs
Maintain testing quality by suggesting the proficiency testing programs to be registered and participated.
Training for all Lab about technical, SOPs, work instructions, QC practices, equipment
Keep Lab Manager informed on daily basis or as required about the Lab operations
Other duties as requested by Lab manager/ Food Lab Manager to support the Division activities.
Yêu cầu
University or higher graduated in Chemistry, prefer to analytical chemistry
At least 4 years' experience in food testing laboratory
Proficiency in various chromatography techniques and principles. Strong skills in laboratory equipment operation
Knowledge of quality control and assurance procedures in a laboratory. Understanding of laboratory safety protocols and regulations
Excellent management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced laboratory environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
English level B equivalent. Fluent in English (all 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing)
Good presentation skills (both English and Vietnamese)
