We're hiring a medical doctor to run our laboratory - and we want someone ambitious.

You advise clinicians directly. You own compliance. You train staff hands-on. You fix problems, not delegate them away.
If you're hungry for more, you move into full operations: budgets, teams, strategy, automation. Still hands-on. Still real work.This is not a meetings-and-reports role. You are a doer.
What You'll Do (Every Day)
✓ Validate test results yourself (hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunoassay) - you sign off, you own it
✓ Talk directly to clinicians about what results mean (test interpretation, methodology, clinical significance)
✓ Run quality control, proficiency testing, diagnostic accuracy checks - hands-on
✓ Develop lab protocols and SOPs - based on real work you're doing✓ Train staff by doing the work alongside them (not lecturing from above)
✓ Spot inefficiencies and fix them (process improvements, automation, quality gains)
✓ Ensure ISO 15189 compliance through action, not paperwork
