Manage and control landscape design throughout all design stages of assigned projects.
Coordinate with landscape design consultants to ensure project objectives, quality, budget, and schedule are met.
Review landscape design documents with focus on quality, cost efficiency, and constructability.
Support tendering process and coordinate with contractors for landscape works.
Handle and resolve landscape design issues arising during construction stage.
Monitor landscape construction quality, progress, and budget control.
Study, evaluate, and report landscape maintenance issues during operation stage.
Propose landscape solutions that enhance ease of maintenance and reduce long-term operating costs.
Coordinate with plant consultants to improve planting design and existing landscape projects.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri).
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, or Horticulture.
5 years of experience in landscape design, with strong exposure to landscape design management.
Proven experience in landscape consultant coordination and control.
Solid knowledge of planting design, plant selection, and landscape maintenance.
Good understanding of hardscape works and landscape materials.
Experience in landscape design for residential, urban, or large-scale development projects.
Strong ability to handle site issues, constructability matters, and construction-stage design support.
Knowledge of cost control, BOQ, and value engineering is an advantage.
Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, Revit (others are an advantage).
Good English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
