This position is to work closely with Design Director, PM or DPM for the conceptual design support, preparing design development and construction documentation, to ensure the client's schedule, quality and authority compliance (if any). The position also involves site visits and supervision to monitor the progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues if required.
Landscape designs are for a variety of construction types, which include industrial, public, commercial, residential buildings, and hospitality.
What will you do:
• Confers with Design Director, PM or DPM, support in conceptual design stage, prepare design development and construction documentations
• Collaborate and co-ordinate with project teams.
• Oversee progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues.
• Shop drawing checking, material sourcing and submit sample, nursery visit
• Ensure design quality, project budget and authority compliance (if any)
• Other duties assigned by Design Director, PM or DPM
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from relevant educational institutions.
• At least 5 years working experience in related field
• Proficient in relevant computer design software AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop. Experience in BIM REVIT is an advantage
• Have the ability to work on Softscape design and species plants, for concept and construction.
• Keen interest and appreciation in nature and biodiversity
• Proficient in English
