About the Role
JB Solicitors, a leading law firm known for its client focused approach. Our firm is seeking a qualified Lawyer to join our expanding and dynamic team. This is a remote role based in Vietnam to support our legal practice.
This position is ideal for a lawyer who wants to work with an established firm, gain exposure to conveyancing, settlements, and general practice law, and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative team. You will have the opportunity to assist with a variety of legal matters, from property transactions to commercial and family law, while developing practical skills in a legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
• Assist Principal Solicitors and Associates with case preparation, analysis, and strategy
• Prepare case summaries, reports, and legal notes
• Support client communication by gathering information and assisting with updates
• Organise and manage legal documents, files, and deadlines
• Provide general support across conveyancing, settlements, and other general practice legal matters
