Job Summary:
The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. This role involves researching and identifying new business opportunities, generating leads through various channels, and maintaining a database of potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to finding new leads, and a keen interest in the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers using various online and offline sources. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing efforts.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, timeline, and authority. Determine the potential for conversion and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. Track interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and keep up with competitors' activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, including the number of leads generated, qualified, and converted. Analyze data to improve lead generation processes.
- Customer Interaction: Initiate and maintain contact with prospective clients through phone, email, and social media to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed lead generation targets set by the management team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field. Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Skills:
