Lead Industrial Engineer

Lead and coordinate all Industrial Engineering (IE) activities to support production efficiency, quality, and cost optimization.
Develop, review, and maintain standard time, line balancing, and manpower planning.
Design and optimize factory layouts, workflows, and material flow.
Plan and implement AGV routes and RFID gate placements within factory floor plans.
Project Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of RFID and AGV projects, from vendor selection and FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) to final SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) go-live and staff training.
Monitor production performance, analyze bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support automation and digitalization projects (RFID, sensors, MES/ERP integration).
Conduct capacity analysis and productivity improvement programs.
Prepare ROI calculations, feasibility studies, and project summaries for management and headquarters.
Develop SOPs, work instructions, and provide training to supervisors and operators.
Lead internal 'Change Management' initiatives to upskill floor workers on interacting with autonomous systems.
Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, QC, Maintenance, and IT teams on process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department/General Manager.
