Get to Know the Role
As a Technical Program Manager, you will manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish, primarily focusing on how Grab serves businesses across SEA. Working closely with stakeholders, you will plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners. Reporting to the Senior Technical Program Management Leader and working onsite at the Grab HCMC office, you will bridge various Engineering and business teams, working with people from all parts of Grab to deliver impactful features.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will manage project timelines, define milestones, track and report progress, identify risks, and resolve impediments to ensure project success.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of Engineers, Product Managers,
Designers, Analysts, and QA to deliver programs successfully.
You will serve as the primary interface for complex programs that span multiple engineering organizations, ensuring alignment and transparency.
You will coach teams on various delivery frameworks and methodologies best suited to their execution needs, promoting continuous improvement.
You will drive roadmap planning and prioritization processes, ensuring strategic alignment and efficient resource utilization.
