1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH
Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and manage groups of engineers and technicians. Plan, control, and evaluate the team's daily performance.
KPI Monitoring: Continuously monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including TD (Technical Downtime), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), Maintenance in Time, IRA, and Tester defect levels.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform advanced data analysis on equipment performance and generate detailed technical reports.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Initiate and drive cooperation across different departments to achieve and exceed KPI targets.
Resource Management: Manage inventory, spare parts, and consumables to ensure continuous production without interruptions.
Training & Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and technical support for team members.
Problem Solving: Conduct advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and technical issues.

Kiểm soát KPI: Theo dõi và cải thiện các chỉ số hiệu suất chính (KPI) bao gồm: Thời gian dừng máy (TD), Thời gian sửa chữa trung bình (MTTR), Thời gian trung bình giữa các lần hỏng (MTBF), Bảo trì đúng hạn, IRA và Tỷ lệ lỗi của máy test.
Phân tích & Báo cáo: Thực hiện phân tích dữ liệu nâng cao về hiệu suất thiết bị và lập báo cáo kỹ thuật.
Hợp tác liên chức năng: Chủ động phối hợp với các phòng ban khác nhằm đạt được và vượt các mục tiêu KPI đề ra.
Quản lý vật tư: Quản lý linh kiện thay thế (spare parts) và vật tư tiêu hao, đảm bảo sản xuất không bị gián đoạn.
Đào tạo: Huấn luyện, đào tạo và phát triển năng lực cho các thành viên trong nhóm.
Xử lý sự cố: Thực hiện Phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ (Root Cause Analysis - RCA) cho các sự cố thiết bị máy móc.
Education: Vocational or Technical education degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, or related fields.
Experience: 2+ years of work experience in the repair and maintenance of electrical appliances/manufacturing equipment.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of electronics and electromechanics.
Advanced PC user with hands-on skills in setting up Mini PCs (e.g., Raspberry Pi, Orange Pi).
Practical skills in working with microcontroller flashing programs.
Ability to read schematics and circuit board files using Altium
DesignerSpecialized Knowledge:
Knowledge of resolutions, regulatory materials, and orders regarding equipment maintenance and repair.
Experience in organizing repair work and setting up a unified system of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
Deep understanding of production equipment's technical characteristics, design features, and safe operation rules.
Expertise in repair work planning, advanced repair systems, and application procedures for spare parts/tools.

Kinh nghiệm: Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên trong lĩnh vực sửa chữa và bảo trì thiết bị điện tử/máy móc sản xuất.
Kỹ năng chuyên môn:
Kiến thức vững chắc về điện tử và cơ điện tử.
Sử dụng máy tính thành thạo; có kỹ năng cài đặt và làm việc với các dòng Mini PC (Raspberry Pi, Orange Pi).
Kỹ năng thao tác với các phần mềm nạp chương trình (flashing) cho vi điều khiển.
Có khả năng đọc hiểu sơ đồ và tệp mạch in (PCB) bằng phần mềm Altium Designer.
Kiến thức đặc thù:
Nắm vững các quy định, phương pháp và tiêu chuẩn về bảo trì, sửa chữa thiết bị.
Có kinh nghiệm tổ chức công việc sửa chữa và thiết lập hệ thống Bảo trì phòng ngừa theo kế hoạch (Preventive Maintenance).
Hiểu biết sâu về đặc tính kỹ thuật, cấu tạo, mục đích và chế độ vận hành của thiết bị trong nhà máy.
Am hiểu phương pháp lập kế hoạch sửa chữa, công nghệ bảo trì tiên tiến và quy trình đệ trình yêu cầu đặt hàng vật tư/linh kiện.
