Main Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily Content Team activities.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of hotel content, room, rate, and mapping information.
Monitor team performance and workload distribution.
Develop and improve operational processes and SOPs.
Handle and escalate complex content or mapping issues.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational matters.
Prepare and review operational reports.
Team Management & Stabilization
Maintain stable team operations and service quality.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
Identify operational risks and implement improvement plans.
Support resource planning and workload management.
New Hire Onboarding & Team Support
Train and guide new team members on systems and workflows.
Prepare onboarding materials and operational documentation.
Monitor new hire progress during probation.
Provide ongoing support to ensure team members perform effectively.
Yêu cầu
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Content Operations, Data Management, OTA, or Hotel Operations.
At least 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the hospitality, travel, or OTA industry.
Experience in process improvement, training, and team management.
