ABOUT THE PROGRAM The Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Milwaukee Power Tool Vietnam is designed for high-potential talent to fast-track their career journey through structured learning and hands-on operational exposure.
Program Pathways:
• Engineering
• Operations
TARGET CANDIDATES (WHO CAN APPLY?) Final-year students or fresh graduates with less than one (01) year of work experience, majoring in:
• Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Industrial or Quality Management
• Computer or Data Science Engineering
• Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related majors

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English communication (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or higher).
• Academic Background: Minimum GPA of 2.7/4 or 7.0/10.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attitude & Mindset: Eager to learn, highly adaptable to new challenges, innovative, creative, and forward-thinking.
