Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and design engaging, effective, and learner-centric training programs.
Create interactive and multimedia-rich learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, simulations and other innovative formats.
Develop and maintain a variety of learning materials such as participant guides, facilitator guides, job aids and assessments.
Apply Adult learning principles, Universal design for learning and Instructional design methodologies to create meaningful learning experiences that align with company goals.
Incorporate feedback and evaluations to continuously improve the quality and impact of learning solutions.
Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangement and participant communication.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, attendance sheets, and performance evaluations.
Support the evaluation and analysis of training effectiveness through data collection and reporting
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline administrative processes and enhance overall program efficiency.
