Design and develop engaging e-learning and communication content for online platforms.
Convert SOPs and training materials into interactive digital learning.
Develop videos (including scripting, basic filming and post-production editing), quizzes, and microlearning modules.
Upload and manage learning content on LMS
Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to build effective training programs.
Yêu cầu
2-4 years' experience in e-learning or instructional design.
Experience with Canva, Capcut... or similar tools.
Experience with LMS platforms
Strong visual and storytelling skills.
