Mô tả công việc
Identifying training and development needs within AGEST Vietnam through job analysis and regular consultation with department managers
Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs
Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant needs in an organization
Building proper training schedules for all trainers
Conducting training appraisals and measuring success of training courses
Devising individual learning plans
Producing training materials for in-house courses
Managing the delivery of training and development programs
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees by using tests, questionnaires and through discussions with managers
Evaluating training and development programs
Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment;
Helping line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
Supervising the work of trainers
Keeping record of all employees training history
Implementing and administering the certification programs
Producing training materials and manuals
Sending a training report system weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Accountable for safeguarding of information security for the responsible operations, in conformity to Company ISMS, customer's requirements and statutory compliances

Yêu cầu
A bachelor degree in education, human resource, business administrations or equivalent
From 2 years of experience in developing and managing training programs
Course development and management o Developing training plans
Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese o Experience in train-the-trainer programs
Ability to develop assessment programs
Ability to teach is a plus
Good typing ability up to speed of 50 WPM
