We are looking for an enthusiastic L&D Intern to join our firm with below major responsibilities and job requirements.
Talent Team - L&D Intern - Hanoi Office
Your Key Responsibilities
Support on logistics preparation before each course and facilitate the organizing of training courses
Remind participants about the course and follow up the pre-course with participants
Support in managing attendance of each class
Support on putting attendance record into the SuccessFactors
Support L&D Team in compulsory reports preparation
Support in VACPA exam registration for employee
Other tasks assigned by L&D Managers
Skills and attributes for success - What we look for
Final year student or graduated with Bachelor's degree majoring in Business, Language, etc
English proficiency (verbal & written)
Good communication skills and positive attitude
Attentive to details, mature and result-oriented
Team work spirit
