Training Support:
Assist in the preparation and delivery of training sessions, including setting up training materials, venues, and equipment.
Coordinate participant registrations and track attendance.\
Gather feedback from participants to evaluate training effectiveness
Learning Materials Management:
Assist in creating, updating, and organizing training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and e-learning content.
Ensure all learning materials are aligned with company branding and quality standards.
Training Records and Reporting:
Maintain accurate training records, including participant data, schedules, and progress tracking.
Generate reports on training attendance, completion rates, and feedback for analysis.
Administrative Tasks:
Support the L&D team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating with trainers, and managing training logistics.
Handle documentation and filing of training-related materials.
Yêu cầu
Relevant Experience:
Fresh graduate or final-year student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in organizing or participating in training or events is a plus.
Competency Requirements:
Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Operational: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
Human & Cultural: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
