I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue targets for assigned properties.
Actively identify, approach, and secure potential tenants for office, retail, and residential units.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, especially multinational corporations and corporate clients.
Prepare and deliver leasing proposals, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to client requirements.
Lead negotiations with tenants to secure lease agreements and ensure timely deal closure.
Manage leasing pipeline and follow through all stages of the deal lifecycle to ensure conversion efficiency.
Coordinate with Property Management, Legal, Finance, and other departments to complete leasing processes and handovers.
Maintain accurate records in leasing database, CRM systems, and related documentation.
Report leasing performance, forecasts, and KPIs to management on a regular basis.
Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and escalations to ensure high service quality and retention.
Support leasing operations including property tours, client meetings, and leasing events.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Leasing Manager.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate leasing
, particularly in office, shophouse, commercial
,
or residential properties
; candidates with experience at reputable, large-scale real estate
developers are preferred.
Proven experience in dealing with multinational tenants and corporate clients.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing capability.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage client relationships at corporate level.
Strong problem-solving and execution mindset.
Good team supervision and coordination skills.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
