Job Description:
- Develop Leasing Pipeline: Build a strong pipeline of leasing prospects for various properties to achieve occupancy goals.
- Leasing Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including completing tenancy agreements.
- Follow the company's standard operating procedures (SOP) during the negotiation process.
- Relationship Building:
- Establish relationships with potential partners, tenants, etc.
- Coordinate with internal functional departments to meet clients' demands and expectations.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and tenants for project completion.
- Contribute to the concept, positioning, and key operating parameters of new developments.
- Reports and Analysis:
- Prepare, conduct, and analyze assigned reports.
- Handle partly the signing and approval process.
- Revenue Generation:
- Follow the store concept and tenant mix while maximizing revenue for the company.
- Delivery rental income is the company's Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
- Risk Management: Handle and control the outstanding payments of tenants to minimize the risk of bad debts.
- Other Duties: Perform other tasks assigned by the Senior Leasing Manager and Property Director.

Experience / Skills:
- Education: Diploma in Economics or Business Administration at minimum.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in real estate or a relevant field.
- Language: Intermediate level of English.
- Skills: Communication, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
