Help us reimagine the 21st-century University.
Fulbright University Vietnam is an independent, not-for-profit university in Ho Chi Minh City. FSPPM is the University's founding academic unit, building on more than two decades of public-policy teaching, research, leadership development, and dialogue. The School's Master in Public Policy is the first graduate program in Southeast Asia to receive accreditation from the Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs, and Administration (NASPAA).
FSPPM's mission is to advance transformative, innovative, and inclusive public policy and management in Vietnam through education, research, and engagement.
FSPPM's distinctive ambition is to connect rigorous analysis with consequential decisions in government, business, and society. Its executive programs serve public institutions, state-owned enterprises, private corporations, and social organizations navigating the interaction of markets, policy, institutions, and global change.

FSPPM seeks an accomplished scholar-practitioner to help senior executives translate geopolitical, policy, macroeconomic, technological, and societal change into clear strategic choices, capability priorities, and executable transformation agendas.
