Write letters (meeting request, litigation, etc.), send an email, arrange the meeting with corporates regarding software compliance issues
Interpret from Vietnamese to English when it comes to having a meeting to persuade corporates to resolve their software compliance issues
Conduct legal research on intellectual property and analyze the database related to software usage
Participate in meetings to discuss the matters of how to resolve software compliance issues (ex. Purchase the software and compensation)
Manage ongoing case files, check deadlines, and client communications professionally and accurately in English
Yêu cầu
1-3 years of legal experience preferred, especially in commercial contracts, IP, IT law, or compliance
Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and research skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
Professional communication skills in English; additional languages (ex. Korean, Chinese, Japanese) are an advantage
Practical experience in software, IT systems, procurement, software asset management, or related technical environments
