Legal:
Drafting/ review and follow up other legal documents, report, meeting minutes, official letter, ect.. related to company's activities.
Coordinate with other departments to implement the periodical reports.
Coordinate with Marketing team to get event license.
Supporting other departments to comply the law.
Handling legal matters to mitigate the legal risk and administrative activities, update of new local regulations related to company's business.
Direct working with competent authorities for legal matters of company.
Compliance:
Drafting, searching, and following up the documentations, evidences, meeting minutes [protected info] to Compliance case on time as assigned.
Working directly with departments/distributors on all compliance-related issues.
Coordinating with the team and other departments for internal control or to assist with government audits.
Regulatory:
Review product documentation
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing/suppliers/dealers to track product records and obtain licenses related to the company's products and operations.
Administration:
Follow up with related departments for all payments to agents/ suppliers.
Store legal files and documents carefully and in well- organization.
Other tasks that related to legal matters / team activities as assignments.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor of Laws degree from a relevant university.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position as a Legal/Compliance/Regulatory Executive role in pharmaceutical, functional foods, foods, cosmetics, fast-moving consumer goods, retail, or related industries is preferred.
Attention to detail, diligence, and responsibility.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Solution-oriented, logical thinking, and proactive approach.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and under pressure.

Gross salary from usd700- usd1,200/ month.
Performance Bonus based on company and personal performance.
