IC& Partners Vietnam Co., Ltd. (IC&P) is a company providing tax-related services (tax consulting, tax review, tax refund, tax exemption, tax reduction, incentives, transfer pricing, etc.) and other services to support enterprises from the beginning of business ideas to the need to transfer and withdraw capital.
IC&P is a member of the consulting firm IC& Partners based in Italy. IC& Partners has more than 40 subsidiaries, branches, offices worldwide with more than 300 senior professionals serving businesses around the globe.
Job Description:
· Depend on your working experience, you can be a leader/senior executive/ executive;
· Administrative support related to business registration documents, investment registration and consulting on licenses related to the operation of the enterprise
· Collect documents, research and preliminary assessment of basic legal risks and other operating management issue for actual cases of clients.
· Consulting on regulations and policies related to management of enterprise, investment, construction, factories, etc.
· Drafting documents, contracts, quotations for the Company
· Drafting documents to clients and other relevant state agencies;
· Contact customers and administrative agencies to handle work
· Handling the administrative tasks of internal company (around 20% of workload);
· Perform other jobs suitable to the legal capacity and expertise as assigned by the General Director and Head of the professional division

Requirement
· Age: 23 years old and above (Having actual experience at least 02 year is compulsory)
· Graduated from the University of Law
· Proficiency in English
· Honesty, prudence, responsibility for assigned work
· Good communication in English
· Good time management and high commitment
· Priority is given to those who have worked in a legal and tax consulting company.
· Have a professional attitude and manner at work
· Provide complete and accurate information and labor records (if required).
