Mô tả công việc
- Execute legal paper works and application of licensing (IRC/ ERP application) for Vietnam subsidiaries
- Prepare internal legal corporate documents like Charter, Board Meeting minute and Resolution, Appointment Letter, Authorisation, Power of Attoney...
- Involve in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Sales & Purchase Agreement, Tenancy Agreement, Loan Agreement and other agreements.
- Research and update new regulations and/or amendments and supplements to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect real estate investment to check the legality of issues arising upon request
- Provide relevant advice on legal topics that relate to the business sector and ensure for compliance.
- Assist BOD for M&A and due diligence works
- Other works assigned by superior

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree in law
- At least 5 years of related experience. Working at law firms or real estate companies would be a preference
- Must have good English skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
- Good Microsoft Office (word, excel, ppt)
- Good attitude: honest, hard-working, logical thinking, good communication, attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Analytical thinker with good conceptual and research skill
- At least 5 years of related experience. Working at law firms or real estate companies would be a preference
