1. Legal:
- In charge and responsible for matters related to legal and legal matters of the Company.
- Participate in drafting contracts, NDA, documents issued and signed by the Company, and checking the legality and legality of the Company's transactions.
- Advising and advising the board of directors on law research, regularly and promptly updating changes in laws, circulars, ... related to production and business activities of the Company.

- Yearly Compliance & IT security
- Managing legal documents, records, and solving legal problems arising within the Company.
- Other jobs under the direction of the superiors.
2. HR:
- In charge of recruitment in the Northern area
- Prepare and manage all labor-related documents
- Update ISO documents annually.
- Arrange and support all events of the company.
***Time and location of work:
- Location:Thuy Loi 4 Building, 102 Nguyen Xi, Binh Thanh Ward, HCM City
- Working time: 8h00 - 17h00 (Monday -> Friday)
Yêu cầu
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in law, at least 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of Corporate, Commercial, and Labor Law
Good legal drafting and analytical skills
Experience working as a legal professional in enterprises
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
From 28 years old
***Right:
- Salary: up to 21M VND depending on ability. Will be specifically negotiated during interview
