Job Type:
Internship.
Your key responsibilities:
Legal Research:
Conduct research on laws, regulations, practise, etc. related to company's operation;
Legal Update:
Update new laws, regulations
related to company's operation;
Drafting:
Prepare legal documents, templates, forms, contracts, and internal documents;
Proofreading and Review:
Examine legal documents, templates, forms, contracts, legal updates, and internal documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, legality, and protection of the company's interests;
Document Arrangement and Archiving:
Organize and maintain legal documents, licenses, contracts, etc.; assist in the contracting process, including signing and stamping agreements; collaborate with and support other departments in tracking and managing contracts;
Licensing Support:
Provide legal assistance for permits, approvals, licensing, regulatory matters, and corporate compliance, including but not limited to:
(i)
Drafting application forms, preparing legal documents, and gathering information from relevant departments to finalize application dossiers;
(ii)
Submitting applications to licensing authorities and closely monitoring the licensing process to provide prompt feedback when required;
Legal Reporting:
Assist in preparing legal reports for authorities, such as investment reports, education reports, etc.; and
Other Administrative Tasks:
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the Legal Department.
Requirements:
The third/ fourth year student at faculty of Law;
Standard knowledge of corporate, investment, labor laws;
Good English literacy;
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Proficient Microsoft office (especially Word);
Attention to details;
Ability to self-study;
Good sense of responsibility, proactivity and teamwork; and
Be able to work full-time is a plus.
