Internal Control & Operational Risk Management
Establish and continuously improve internal control systems, operational procedures, and management controls across factory functions.
Conduct audits across procurement, warehouse, production, administration, engineering, and related departments.
Identify management loopholes, abnormal consumption, inefficiencies, and compliance risks, then follow up corrective actions.
Procurement, Inventory & Project Risk Control
Review the reasonableness and necessity of departmental purchase requests.
Audit procurement, inventory, issuance, and consumption of materials, consumables, spare parts, and miscellaneous items.
Identify duplicate purchases, excessive inventory, waste, and process weaknesses, then recommend practical improvement measures.
Review contracts and risks related to factory construction, renovation, equipment investment, and engineering projects.
Legal Compliance, Contract & Management Support
Review supplier agreements, procurement contracts, service contracts, engineering contracts, and investment-related agreements.
Identify legal, commercial, operational, and financial risks, and provide practical revision recommendations.
Monitor updates in Vietnam labor law, investment law, tax regulations, environmental regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
Support the GM in operational improvement initiatives, supplier dispute resolution, risk analysis, and cross-functional process optimization.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or above; preferred majors include Law, Business Administration, Audit, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in legal affairs, internal control, audit, compliance, or operations management within manufacturing industries; experience in procurement control or supply chain management is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and factory processes.
Strong contract review, risk assessment, internal audit, compliance, and operational control capabilities.
Ability to independently identify issues, drive corrective actions, and recommend practical process improvements.
Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Language / Other Requirements
Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required.
Ability to work closely with operational teams, local authorities, external agencies, suppliers, and external legal counsel when required.
Ability to balance compliance, operational efficiency, cost considerations, and business continuity.
Personality & Attitude
Business-oriented, practical, and solution-focused mindset.
Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and accountability.
Hands-on working attitude with close engagement in factory operations.
