LEGAL EXECUTIVE 6 MONTHS CONTRACT
Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
• Manage contract lifecycle (i.e. contract request, drafting and review, approvals, execution, storage, retrieval and renewal or termination)
• Cooperate with the sales department in contract negotiation with clients/partnersDraft, review and evaluate documents issued by the BOD
• Research, warn, analyze legal risks and propose solutions regarding the company's activities to the BOD
• Update and disseminate documents, policies and regimes of the State related to business activities of Company
• Handle and support the application for necessary licenses, permits, approvals (especially in corporate licenses, promotion, advertisement licenses,...)
• Draft, review the Company's internal management documents to ensure compliance with law, Company's documentary format and issuance procedure
• Support the HR department with legal employment matters
• Other duties as requirements of the BOD
