Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 11:45 AM and 1:15 PM - 5:15 PM, Monday to Saturday morning
We are currently looking for 01 Legal Specialist to join our team and support Thien A Group in ensuring that its business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and practical legal advice, reviewing and managing legal documents and contracts, supporting internal departments and subsidiaries on legal matters, and contributing to the identification and mitigation of legal risks across the Group.
1. JOB DESCRIPTION
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, investment project documents, and business cooperation agreements.
Update and communicate new laws and regulations relevant to the Group's business operations.
Draft and review internal regulations, policies, and procedures.
Represent the Group in handling legal disputes and complaints.
Handle legal procedures for company establishment, business registration changes, licenses, and new business lines for subsidiaries.
Prepare legal documents and materials for Board of Directors meetings and General Meetings of Shareholders.
2. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, preferably in Economic Law, Commercial Law, or a related field.
A Lawyer Practicing Certificate is an advantage.
At least 3-7 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, preferably in a diversified group or a reputable law firm.
Strong skills in legal document drafting and contract negotiation.
Strong legal analysis and risk assessment skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple departments and senior management.
Fluent English, especially in reading and drafting contracts and communicating in a professional working environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
