Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Specialist located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Legal Specialist will oversee legal matters related to the company's operations, draft and review legal documents, assist with negotiations and review contracts, ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations, and conduct legal research as necessary.
Legal Oversight: Responsible for managing legal aspects within the company.
Document Drafting and Review: Participate in drafting contracts, documents, and transaction records. Ensure the legality of issued and signed documents.
Legal Research: Conduct research on laws, decrees, and circulars relevant to the company's operations.
Board Advisory: Provide legal advice to the BOD/HOD.
Transaction Legality: Verify the legality of all company transactions.
Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all company procedures and processes adhere to legal requirements.
Stay Informed: Regularly update management with the latest legal information.
Procedural Implementation: Implement procedures related to documents, such as establishment, change, and trademark registration.
Document Preparation: Prepare legal documents, edit, and complete them to comply with enterprise law, labor law, and state regulations.
Document Management: Manage the company's legal documents and records according to regulations.
External Interaction: Handle work assigned by superiors, including participating in litigation to protect the company's rights.
Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as directed by the direct manager.
Reporting: Responsible for reporting to direct management on assigned tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:
Education: Graduated with a major in Law or a higher institution.
Experience: Possess at least 3 years of experience in Corporate Law, at least 2 year of experience in FDI companies
Proactive Approach: Demonstrates proactive and creative work methods, achieving positive outcomes.
Independence:Capable of working independently.
Effective Communication: Exhibits good communication skills, with a tactful and flexible demeanor, fully proficient in both English and Vietnamese.
Adherence to Assignments:Consciously complies with organizational assignments.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and navigating the Internet.
Ethical and Enthusiastic: Honest, careful, and enthusiastic in all work endeavors
