Mô tả công việc
1. Internal Legal Advice
Provide legal advice to FPT Telecom departments on issues related to business operations, management, contracts, labor, intellectual property, etc.
Draft, review, evaluate, and scrutinize legal documents related to the company's operations, including but not limited to: contracts, agreements, regulations, rules, notices, etc.
Research, analyze, and advise on new legal issues, new laws, decrees, and circulars
2. Legal Review
Review and examine contracts and legal documents of the company to ensure their legality and compliance with legal regulations and company internal rules.
Propose amendments and supplements to legal documents to ensure legality and effectiveness.
3. Legal Support:
Support company departments in resolving legal issues arising during operations.
Participate in meetings, negotiations, transactions, dispute resolution, and complaint handling related to legal matters.
4. Legal Knowledge Updates:
Monitor and update new laws, decrees, and circulars related to the company's operations.
Research and share legal knowledge with relevant departments within the company.

Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working in the legal field at a law firm or providing in-house legal advice for businesses.
Skills:
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Sharp legal thinking, ability to analyze issues, assess risks, and provide appropriate solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
Thorough understanding of laws, decrees, and circulars related to FPT Telecom's business operations.
Proficiency in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High sense of responsibility, honesty, dynamism, and creativity.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working in the legal field at a law firm or providing in-house legal advice for businesses.
Skills:
