Legal Specialist

A. WORKING LOCATION:
Working at one of the following De Heus's factories (no relocation is required):
- Ha Noi: Ha Binh Phuong Industrial Cluster, Van Binh Commune, Thuong Tin District, Hanoi City
- Vinh Phuc: Lot G, Binh Xuyen Industrial Park, Huong Canh Town, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province
- Hai Phong: An Trang Industrial Park, Van Trang Village, Truong Son Town, An Lao District, Hai Phong City
B. KEY ACTIVITY:
1. Company licences:
- Handle the certificates, licenses of De Heus Vietnam and affiliates of De Heus Group in Vietnam
​2. Legal supports:
- Draft, review and consult the transactions, agreements in the scope of delegation.
- Support to solve disputes, complaints or legal proceeding of litigation, participate in supporting the resolution of disputes/litigations of the Company/Member Companies in accordance with the instructions of Head of Licences and/or Legal Manager.
- Ensuring activities within De Heus and member companies comply with the provisions of law and internal regulations of De Heus Group;
3. Administration works:
- Preserves all legal documents.
4. Legal research:
- Research and update the new regulations.
5. Others:
- Others as assigned by supervisor
C. RESULTS:
- Obtains all necessary certificates, licenses of De Heus Vietnam and affiliates of De Heus Group in Vietnam.
- Ensures that all required contracts being reviewed carefully and timely.
- Basing on the evaluation of supervisor.
- Preserves all legal documents safety, carefully and can be accessed in fast
- Quickly research and timely update.
