🕒 Working hours: Monday - Friday | 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
1. Contract Management
Draft and propose contracts for execution with business partners.
Review and revise contract terms and conditions.
Negotiate or provide guidance during negotiations with partners to secure necessary agreements.
2. Legal Support
Prepare legal documents and directly handle or guide necessary procedures with government and administrative authorities.
Monitor, manage, and handle renewals, amendments, and supplements of licenses, permits, and certificates required for company operations.
Regularly update and provide relevant legal regulations, and propose appropriate actions for internal departments.
3. Internal Documentation
Receive requests, clarify requirements, provide consultation, and draft internal decisions, notices, and official letters.
Submit documents for approval and distribute them to relevant parties via email.
Review document content and manage document numbering for official company-issued documents.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in Law.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with strong knowledge of the retail and trading industry.
Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Good command of English.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Careful, honest, and professional with a strong sense of responsibility
