Summary:
To advise, support, and manage the project related to Real Estate Investment consulting service business, to evaluate the project about legal issues related to business operations, to accomplish the objectives of Mercuria (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates by managing and developing business opportunities using management skills and professional knowledge.
Job Description:
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, stock certificate and other documents, including Joint Venture Agreement
• Create legal investment structure of the projects to propose to the clients
• Identify potential legal risks and issues and provide proactive legal advice to the company's management, and initiate and pursue legal proceedings and actions
• Deal with questions and requests from foreign clients and domestic partners, including but not limited to Japanese investors, about legal documents, market research, and consulting services benefits
• Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with financial products, marketing research, and consulting services
• Continuously research legal resources such as articles, codes, statues, Judicial decisions and more to stay up to date on all current Vietnam laws and codes
• Manage legal affairs within the organization
