Review, advise, and develop company policies to ensure legal compliance.
Provide legal support for investment projects and assess potential risks.
Monitor and update relevant laws; advise departments on required actions.
Review and manage all company contracts/agreements.
Handle registration and protection of trademarks and other IP assets.
Monitor legal compliance across departments and recommend improvements.
Provide legal advice for business operations and internal functions.
Support dispute resolution and handle potential bad debts.
Coordinate and manage external legal service providers.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Law (Business/Commercial Law preferred).
3-5 years of corporate legal experience (FMCG/manufacturing preferred).
Strong background in contract review, compliance, and legal advisory.
Skills
Solid knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, and IP laws.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Other Requirements
Proactive, detail-oriented, and business-focused mindset.
Good English reading and writing skills.
Proficient in MS Office
