1. Job Responsibilities:
Ensure legal compliance within assigned responsibilities and manage legal risks.
Provide legal advice, review issues, and handle disputes as assigned by leadership.
Execute legal procedures to support the company's governance and operations.
Develop processes, regulations, and guidelines to improve departmental efficiency.
Create or participate in developing company templates (e.g., contract templates, training materials).
Resolve legal disputes as assigned by leadership.
Update and guide relevant departments on new legal regulations impacting company operations.
Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
2. Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Law.
Minimum experience: 3+ years in a similar role or 5+ years in related fields.
Preference for candidates with Lawyer Practicing Certificates.
Advantageous to have English proficiency in communication, reading, and drafting.
General management skills in planning, personnel, finance, and risk assessment.
Strong negotiation, logical thinking, organizational, and task supervision skills.
