Job Description
Resolve quality issues during the product development and pilot production stages; support the factory in establishing quality inspection capabilities and setting standards for different samples.
Drive and continuously improve product quality in mass production at the factory.
Support the factory in resolving material quality issues that cannot be handled internally by coordinating relevant resources and technical support to drive solutions.
Review and facilitate the resolution of customer quality complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management or Project Management roles.
Familiar with manufacturing processes and quality management of products such as Networking devices, IP Cameras, PCs, Laptops, Servers, etc.
Proficient in quality improvement methodologies with hands-on experience in product, operational, or manufacturing process improvement.
Strong skills in quality management, statistical methods, data analysis, and cross-functional communication & coordination.
