1. Role Objective
Responsible for building and operating the entire live commerce function, including:
Defining concepts & visuals for live sessions
Planning sales strategy and optimizing revenue performance
Managing and developing the Host/MC team
Ensuring each live session delivers strong results in branding, conversion, and viewer experience
2. Scope of Work
1. Live Concept & Visual Direction
Develop concepts and overall scripts for each live session (theme, flow, CTA).
Define visual direction: set design, lighting, product layout, key visuals aligned with campaigns.
Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure visual consistency with brand identity.
Control image quality, audio, and framing before and during live sessions.
2. Sales Planning & Live Optimization
Build weekly/monthly live plans: revenue targets, key products, prime time slots.
Develop in-live sales strategies: bundle deals, flash deals, minigames, CTAs.
Collaborate with Performance and E-commerce Ops teams to optimize traffic and conversion.
Monitor live metrics: GMV, CTR, CVR, watch time, etc., and propose improvements.
Optimize live formats based on customer insights and market trends.
3. Host/MC Management & Development
Recruit, train, and develop the Host/MC team.
Define hosting style, tone, and delivery aligned with the brand.
Build host guidelines: selling techniques, scenario handling, storytelling.
Provide post-live feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Arrange live schedules and allocate hosts by campaign.
4. Live Production Operations Management
Coordinate technicians and production teams: studio, technical, content, live operations.
Ensure smooth execution across pre-live → live → post-live stages.
Manage production timelines, rehearsals, and run-throughs.
Handle live issues (technical, content, operational) in real time.
5. Analysis & Optimization
Report live performance weekly/monthly.
Analyze viewer insights and purchase behavior.
Propose new live formats and creative concepts to drive revenue growth.
Yêu cầu
3-5 years of experience in Live Commerce, Livestream, Content Production, or E-commerce.
Experience leading teams or managing production.
Strong commercial mindset, data-driven, with a deep understanding of online buying behavior.
Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to define visual direction.
Strong planning, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills, with coaching ability and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred:
Experience in Beauty, FMCG, or Fashion industries.
Existing network of hosts/KOLs/KOCs.
Hands-on experience operating live sessions on TikTok Shop or Shopee Live.
