Deal Creation: Create deals for daily live sessions and campaigns, ensuring prices are consistent with other e-commerce platforms and offline channels to avoid price discrepancies.
Pricing and Voucher Setup: Set up prices and vouchers for in-house and affiliate live sessions.
Affiliate Collaboration: Search, contact, and convince KOLs/KOCs/Social Sellers to join the Affiliate program.

Product Thumbnails: Work and plan with PICs from other platforms to ensure product thumbnails on e-commerce platforms are consistent with the brand's identity.
Thumbnail Setup: Brief and set up thumbnails for BAU, Mid-Month Campaigns, Pay-day Campaigns, Brand Day, or affiliate live sessions with external KOLs and KOCs.
On Live:
Livestream Background: Set up livestream backgrounds with colors and decor that match the brand's target audience.
Product Setup:
Arrange products for livestreams to be eye-catching, simple, and easy to understand, focusing on the brand.
Ensure product illustrations and customer experience are clear.
Tracking & Planning:
Video Content:
Content Scheduling: Schedule content for various channels.
Regular Posting: Ensure videos are posted regularly on all channels.
Content Approval: Review and ensure approved videos meet image and content standards.
Livestream:
Livestream Scheduling: Schedule livestreams and personnel for TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee.
Quality Monitoring:
Continuously monitor daily livestream sessions to ensure they meet quality standards.
Boost sales during each session.
Management & Training:
Interview Participation: Participate in interviewing livestream staff with HR.
Skill Development: Train and develop skills for the current team and new employees to improve the quality of livestream sessions or video content.
Regulation Updates: Regularly monitor and update the team on new TikTok regulations.
Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of each team member, evaluate, report, and propose improvement solutions.
Monthly KPI Planning: Plan monthly KPIs and commission programs for the team based on previous months' data.
Reporting and Collaboration:
Sales Updates: Update daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures.
Monthly Overview: Provide a monthly overview.
Collaboration:
Leave Tracking: Track and promptly update leave days for Livestream staff to HR.

Yêu cầu
Must have Livestream experience and a good understanding about the content industry, creator economy (at least 2 years of experience). Familiar with social media platforms (Tiktok, IG reels, IGTV, YouTube)
Have experience in booking (big) KOL/KOC and working with livestreaming platforms are preferred.
Priority is given to candidates with experience in adjusting live PC sessions.
Proficient in both verbal and written English.
Professional, patient, and skillful communication with talents/influencers.
Result-oriented and data-driven operation.
Ability to work in fast-paced, digitally centric environment.

Only receive candidate work full-time and on-site (do not receive part-time, remote)
