Job Brief: The Livestream Host & Presenter serves as a primary on-air representative for ZMVN, leading flagship livestream sessions that build real-time credibility with Vietnamese trading audiences. This role sets the standard for delivery quality and compliance discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
Flagship Livestream Hosting: Lead scheduled livestreams, anchoring real-time market commentary, platform walkthroughs, and live audience Q&A sessions.
Content Preparation: Prepare dynamic talking points from market data and Creative briefs, keeping delivery highly accurate and within Approved Language and risk-disclosure rules.
Studio Collaboration: Build a recognizable on-camera presence (tone, look, schedule); coordinate shoot logistics, equipment, and scheduling with the Production Lead.
Peer Development & Reporting: Learning and development the understanding market literacy, and on-camera presence; flag strong audience questions or recurring objections back to the
Digital Marketing Manager and Creative.
Requirements:
Experience:
3+ years of on-camera experience - livestream hosting, broadcast, or content creation; finance/trading subject knowledge is a strong plus, can be trained
Working knowledge of CFD/forex concepts sufficient to discuss markets accurately, or demonstrated ability to learn fast.
Skills:
Vietnamese native fluency; clear, confident, unscripted on-camera delivery
Thinks on their feet in live Q&A without going off-message or off-compliance
Mindset:
Comfortable being the public face of the brand - understands that consistency (tone, schedule, accuracy) builds trust over time, not any single broadcast
Disciplined about compliance under live pressure - won't improvise a guaranteed-return claim to keep a stream entertaining
Open to feedback on delivery, willing to receive from others and to give own feedback to the Executive host
Solution oriented and willing to learn
Nice-to-have: Existing personal following or credibility in Vietnamese finance content; prior MC/host experience in livestream commerce or media.
