Local Store Marketing (LSM):
• Develop a strong understanding of the Northern market by identifying target audiences, analyzing customer behavior, assessing the competitive landscape, and monitoring market trends.
• Plan and execute local store marketing campaigns tailored to local market needs, with a focus on increasing store traffic and sales.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to localize national campaigns for the Northern region.
• Track and analyze LSM effectiveness using key metrics (traffic uplift, conversion, ROI, etc.)
• Collaborate with the Northern team in executing strategic initiatives and store-specific programs.
• Work closely with local organizations, store managers, key customers to identify hyperlocal insights and opportunities.
Food & Product Development:
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard local suppliers for bakery categories (sweet, chilled, and hot bakery).
• Collaborate with the Food Category Manager and QA teams to ensure product quality, pricing, and compliance.
• Monitor trends in local consumer tastes and recommend new products or innovations to enhance assortment.
• Build long-term relationships with suppliers (partners) to ensure consistency and innovation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing) for seamless implementation.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in FMCG, retail, or F&B industries.
- Strong understanding of the North market, including consumer behavior, shopping habits, and regional characteristics.
- Proven experience in developing and executing in-store marketing programs (e.g., visibility, promotions, consumer activation).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure marketing effectiveness (ROI, footfall, conversion, etc.).
- Experience working with and managing relationships with local suppliers, especially in food or bakery categories.
- Strong communication skills, proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis/reporting tools.
