Collaboration with third-party logistics providers ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.
Analyze logistics data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Work closely with customer support teams to address shipping-related inquiries, delivery updates, and resolve logistics-related customer issues.
Propose solutions, orientation to improve working methods and systems faster.
Identify opportunities for logistics process improvements to streamline operations, reduce shipping costs, and enhance delivery speed.
Yêu cầu công việc:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 1 year of working experience.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics, shipping carriers, and fulfillment processes.
Strong computer skills, especially Excel. Using Python, and SQL is a plus.
Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity.
Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
