(A) Main task
Responsible for purchasing in SJPV and GPF, include:
Issue Purchase order to supplier, following up the delivery and payment process, checking information from forwarder - warehouse - Radius system
Based on demand and warehouse capacity, plan for material arrival, follow up the delivery to fulfill production.
Request quotation and issue purchase order for approved requirement from order departments, follow up delivery and payment
Ensure Goods are purchased in right quantity, quality, destination, term and time.
Support Finance department in providing proper paperwork for finance and accounting report monthly.
Report monthly
(B) Others task provided.
1) University or college degree major in Business Administration, Economy or related field(s).
2) 2-5 years working experience in purchasing department in manufacturing companies.
3) Communication, team work, Excel skills.
4) Proactive, hard-working, patient, honest, team-spirited, carefulness
5) Good problem solving skills
Can communicate, write email in English
