Mô tả công việc
Purpose of Position
• To supervise all activities of Logistic department
Primary Job Responsibility
• Supervise daily logistics operations and staff.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Resolve logistical issues and delays promptly.
• Prepare and analyze logistics reports for management.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Import-Export, Supply Chain or related discipline. English is a must, Chinese is a plus.
• More than 5 years import-export experience, 3 years direct supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills (both English and Vietnamese), Good at computer skills in MS Office and SAP.
• Detail and results oriented with a mind for Continuous Improvement and a desire to change the status for the better, Strong problem solving skills.
• Good healthy.
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday, with 2 Saturdays off per month
• Time: From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
