Logistics Coordinator full-time 2024

JOB PURPOSE
To provide a key leader to control and manage 3PL DC and domestic transportation for daily logistics activities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role will cover warehousing and domestic transportation activities. This scope of work supports for all divisions (FBP, Fashion and WFJ). You will manage service level of 3PL daily work to ensure CHANEL standard and requirements.
Warehousing
Control and manage 3PL warehouse partner to meet service level commitments.
Control inbound activities (receiving, sub-label, price tag, put-away,) and outbound activities (pick, pack, ship) to ensure CHANEL standard and lead time.
Ensure stock on-hand, stock location classification and stock movements correctly.
Manage DC monthly cycle count and annual stock take in compliance with company policy.
Ensure destruction activity in compliance with company policy.
Monthly Cost review and WK KPI review
WH operation continuous improvement
Domestic transportation
Right time, right place, right quantity, and right shipper's attuite in domestic transportation activity to / from CHANEL nominated destinations are required a good management.
Comply with company policy to resolve issues of quantity over-ship / short ship / damages / losses, ...
Define problem and continuous improvement.
Monthly KPI review
Event's logistics support
Support event in stock control
QUALIFICATIONS
Good experiences in warehouse and domestic transportation is required.
Good communication skill is required.
Ability in data analysis
Problem solving skill.
English skills is optional as an advantage
Good computer skill, especially MS Excel
Can use Power BI is an advantage
