Logistics Coordinator - potential development as Logistics Manager within 18 months

1. Logistics, Export & Bonded Warehouse Management
• Oversee the entire export process: booking shipments, preparing documents (invoice, packing list, CO, etc.), coordinating with forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.
• Monitor and resolve customs clearance issues and bonded warehouse matters, including declaration submissions, inspections, document filing.
• Work directly with the bonded warehouse in Binh Duong - supervise loading, labeling, and container preparation to ensure compliance and schedule adherence.
• Check and update sea and air freight rates upon request.
2. Operations & Production Support
• Coordinate with the production team to track goods readiness after production and arrange timely container bookings.
• Provide timely updates on shipment details to the UK team to ensure alignment across export, production, and shipping schedules.
• Support the standardization of operational processes at both office and factory levels.
• Analyze all Logistics costs in Vietnam, US and UK and give recommendation to Operations Director.
3. Systems & Reporting
• Proficiently use ERP or internal systems to track orders, inventory.
• Prepare regular logistics reports (shipment timelines, shipping issues, etc.).
• Ensure email responses within 24 hours and maintain effective communication with the UK team.
4. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
