Logistics Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY
Logistics Coordinator will work at Nefab Bac Ninh factory with the main function of facilitating and monitoring the logistic flow within internal manufacturing team as well as suppliers to satisfy the business demand from customers. Intensive communication with forwarders, shipping lines, and other parties is required together with document control.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Cross-functionally coordinate orders information with suppliers and customers to prepare and plan necessary shipments and ensure proper movement of shipments. Arrange special shipping in case of need.
• Coordinate with forwarders, shipping lines and transportation providers to ensure accurate shipping, export/import and customs documents.
• Prepare bills, invoices and payment requests for the service used accordingly.
• Monitor and control the performance of shipping lines and transportation service providers, ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
• Develop processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.
• Closely work with warehouse manager and production planner to maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders.
• Actively coordinate with supplier/ forwarder/ shipping line to track pending shipments and report to manager to solve issues to manage logistic cost.
• Make import/export weekly regular report to related departments.
• Maintain and keep saving and control all hard copies of shipping documents per shipment in preparation for post-clearance inspection.
• Handling shipping docs ( Certificate of Origin, Fumigation, Phytosanitary, ...)
• Any other tasks assigned by the manager as needed
• Working time from Mon - Fri in office, Sat can work from home
