Summary
The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end logistics network,focusing on warehouse optimization and transportation efficiency. We are looking for a strategicleader who leverages data analytics to architect innovative solutions, reduce operationalexpenditure (OPEX), and ensure seamless distribution to key retail partners.
Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Management & Strategy:
✓ Direct multi-site warehouse operations (North & South regions), ensuring optimal space
utilization and inventory accuracy.
✓ Align storage capacity with PSI (Purchase-Sales-Inventory) forecasting to manage
seasonal peaks effectively.
2. Transportation & Last-Mile Delivery:
✓ Manage 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers and internal fleets to optimize route planning
and transit times.
✓ Audit carrier performance and negotiate freight contracts to achieve cost-efficiency
3. Data Analytics & Process Engineering:
✓ Analyze complex datasets to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous
improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).
✓ Develop and monitor critical Logistics KPIs: Inbound/Outbound Lead Time, Inventory
Turnover, Warehouse Density, and Freight Cost per Unit.
✓ Architect logistics solutions for scaling operations, including short-term warehouse
expansion and automated tracking integration.

Gender: Male
Technical skills, experience
✓ Minimum 9-10 years of progressive experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
✓ Experience in the Consumers Electric industry is a plus.
✓ Proven track record in Logistics Solution Design and project management.
✓ Strong analytical mindset with a focus on "Total Cost of Ownership" (TCO).
✓ High emotional intelligence (EQ) for managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Degree and Computer Skills & Language
✓ Hands-on experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP (SAP/Oracle)
✓ Literacy in Word - Excel - PowerPoint
✓ Proficiency in English, comfortable with using English as a working language.
