We are looking for new members for two positions to join us at SHAREWORK!!!
1. Logistics Cost Specialist: EN & JLPT N3+, 1+ YOE (1 pax)
Verify logistics invoices by performing factual and price checks, ensuring the accuracy and compliance with internal policies through close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Manage the complete invoicing process to ensure timely payments and handle any invoice or payment-related issues with OSP or LSPs.
Maintain and update cost reports in line with customer requirements.
Support for the implementation of the LCC project across company branches in Japan, including BMP (billing management platform) project.
Act as a contact point for logistics vendors and manufacturing plants.
2. Logistics and Warehouse Executive: EN & JLPT N2+, minimum 1-2 YOE (2 paxes)
Allocate inventory and release shipment instructions to our warehouse operational team in Japan.
Coordinate shipment bookings and export documentation with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
Execute outbound logistics transactions and generate shipping documents in SAP.
Coordinate shipment schedules, forecasts, and delivery updates with global stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, including priority and urgent shipments.
Support logistics operations by checking SAP transaction errors, preparing reports, and supporting process improvements.
