Key Responsibilities
• Receive and process incoming shipments and coordinate outbound deliveries.
• Prepare DN, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists accurately.
• Perform scanning, packing, and labeling in accordance with company standards.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and track shipment status.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
Yêu cầu
Education:
• Required: College above
• Preferred: Specialization in Logistics, Customs, Trade
Experience:
• Required: 2-3 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on warehouse operations
• Preferred: Logistics, Customs, Trade
Skills & Abilities:
Required:
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English (listening, reading, speaking, writing)
Preferred:
• Chinese language skills are a plus
• Understanding of customs and trade regulations
