Logistics Officer

- Research potential logistic suppliers/forwarder;
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers/forwarder;
- Manage the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses or distribution centers;
- Plan and schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers;
- Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency;
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Manage customs clearance and import/export documentation;
- Review quality of purchased products;
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases;
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices;
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed;
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage;
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends;
*Salary range:
- Gross salary is from VND 11,000,000 to VND 15,000,000 per month Based on Candidate's experience and ability.
